MARC PORTUGAL

Marc Portugal is the Manager of Client Market Research and Analysis, and  Project Administration with Health Care Development Services, Inc. He has over ten years of experience in marketing services, programs, and campaigns. Marc has an undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Illinois.

Marc is responsible for developing market research and analysis for HCDS clients that wish to evaluate the expansion of their laboratory outpatient and outreach services. Marc coordinates reviews of prospective client needs for outreach laboratory services, competitive commercial laboratory services, and estimates ranges of possible incremental revenue.

Marc is also responsible for coordinating various elements of client projects and communications. He coordinates surveys, direct mail distribution, and tabulates survey responses. Survey information is incorporated into the firm’s Client Alert communications.

To facilitate the preparation of HCDS client reports, Marc manages detailed internal processes including draft report formation, preliminary financial projections, delegation of administrative deliverables, and print production. He is also responsible for coordinating client requests for report data and information with key client personnel.
